Best service ever in 38 years. Appointment made in one day. It was diagnosed and fixed 24 hours later. Mind you this was a big job. An evaporator core replacement! Car was ready next day and was washed! Also they provided a resource for my 1965 Dodge Dart restoration which was a huge bonus. Also, it was the nicest CDJR facility I ever walked into. Staff was nicely dressed and answered all my questions. Can’t say enough about this experience. The best ever.

They engaged parking brake on axle being worked on then blamed faulted brake caliper as the issue and made me pay $100 deductible saying it was a new and separate issue. Was fine when I dropped it off. I don’t believe in coincidence. I also needed to replace the rotor and pads on that wheel, which I was forced to do so myself, as I was not going to pay you more money to fix something you broke.
Took three days for my car to get diagnosed, despite having an appointment. Then the problem wasnt fixed, just the symptom. Despite the car only having 10k miles and under warranty still, I was still charged hundreds if $s
Unfortunately when I bought my car not even 2 months ago it was said to be under warranty for 3 months. It also was said that it was a certified car and thoroughly inspected. 6 weeks after after having, both catalytic converters need to be replaced at $4000. Your dealership was not willing to help out. 2 mechanics have looked at it since and both said that there is no way if the car was certified, that they would not have known this. Josh was great! I walked in to see the 2017 Mustang. He saw me standing in the dealership, asked me if he could help me. We went to see the car, I drove it, then came back that night & bought it. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation which went good and quick. I did also bring in my car to have it diagnosed because after i had to change out the battery because it died a bunch of warning lights came on for some of the electronics. When i was called to be told what was found on the diagnostic tests they performed i was told two sensors would need to be replaced and my 4wd clutch. This dealership gave me a 11:00 appt on Monday 7-13 and didn’t call me back till wed 7-15 at approximately 6:11pm to tell me the news on my jeep. That want to replace both rear axles and front brakes and rear brakes and 4x4 service. The one problem was $5282 for the problem I brought it in for. Cameron said hey the axle is $1700 a piece. Although I had every intention of working with this dealership, I was not successful in getting anyone to bother speaking with me when I was in the showroom or in the lot. Everyone was friendly, and offered something to drink . Able to test drive a vehicle by yourself was different from all the others dealership I had been to while car shopping. I was very happy with my service at Bettenhausen's repair shop. I had an extensive job to replace my evaporator and condenser on my HVAC system due to a leak. I was apprehensive about having the work done as it requires the removal of the dash board and many trim pieces along with the center console and my vehicle has low miles and is in very good condition. I brought my car in for oil and other issues at 7:30 am. At 1:30 my car still was not looked at for the other issues. If you don't have the time allotted for the other issues, just say so upfront, instead me being without a car for the whole day.

Excellent purchasing experience. From my initial call with Anna and subsequent purchase with Darnell (Pierce) everyone was prompt and efficient. Darnell was fast to respond and worked with my being an out of town buyer. The car was ready for a walkaround and test drive as soon as I got there. Kim made the payment and paperwork piece fast. I called and was able to make an appointment the same week for my oil change. They also rotated my tires and washed my Jeep. Jeff was professional and polite. They were done in about 45 minutes, like he projected. So far, I am very happy with my purchase at Bettenhuswn Lockport! The overall customer service has been great! I did have an issue getting through on the phone, so I called Allie, but she wasn't available. She did call me back quickly to see what I needed.

0 Zero stars! 3 trips into Lockport Bettenhausen CDJR for same issue. 2024 Grand Cherokee either doesn’t start or DOES NOT SHUT OFF. It doesn’t recognize the fobs. The second occurrence-no tow truck showed after 3 hours from the Stellantis roadside assistance. The car would not shut off, so I removed the battery cable, reinstalled it and drove it to the dealership the next morning.
