I was very happy with my service at Bettenhausen's repair shop. I had an extensive job to replace my evaporator and condenser on my HVAC system due to a leak. I brought my car in for oil and other issues at 7:30 am. At 1:30 my car still was not looked at for the other issues. If you don't have the time allotted for the other issues, just say so upfront, instead me being without a car for the whole day.

Excellent purchasing experience. From my initial call with Anna and subsequent purchase with Darnell (Pierce) everyone was prompt and efficient. Darnell was fast to respond and worked with my being an out of town buyer. The car was ready for a walkaround and test drive as soon as I got there. Kim made the payment and paperwork piece fast. I highly recommend the dealership and Darnell Pierce for a sales rep.

I called and was able to make an appointment the same week for my oil change. They also rotated my tires and washed my Jeep. Jeff was professional and polite. They were done in about 45 minutes, like he projected. So far, I am very happy with my purchase at Bettenhuswn Lockport! The overall customer service has been great! I did have an issue getting through on the phone, so I called Allie, but she wasn't available. She did call me back quickly to see what I needed.

0 Zero stars! 3 trips into Lockport Bettenhausen CDJR for same issue. 2024 Grand Cherokee either doesn’t start or DOES NOT SHUT OFF. It doesn’t recognize the fobs. The second occurrence-no tow truck showed after 3 hours from the Stellantis roadside assistance. The car would not shut off, so I removed the battery cable, reinstalled it and drove it to the dealership the next morning. Dealership admitted had so many issues that they don’t have an available loaner car. They shuttled me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, in which I needed to present my own credit card for taxes & tolls only. I stopped here with my Jeep Wrangler since it was the closest dealer when I had electrical problems. My Jeep was fixed after 2 attempts. The first fix may have caused the second electrical issue. But that wasn't the techs fault. Service department people are nice.

The rental you gave me was a big jeep wrangler and it had no step ups. Kinda hard to get in. Also you didn't run my van through the car wash before pick up. I usually expect better customer service from Bettenhausen.

Friendly and honest about the work needed done. Followed up with me quickly about progress. My only complaint is I asked that my Grand Cherokee not be washed because it was just washed and waxed. I got it back and it was spotted from their car wash.

Came in for an oil change and tore rotation……Amy took care of me, and everything was done correctly and in a timely manor
Brought my jeep in for service 4 wheel drive light on and service transmission light. They had the vehicle for a week and since it was there I needs the shade hook replaced. When I picked the jeep up the hook was fixed and as I drove away the service 4wd came back on. Brought it right back and told Joey that nothing was fixed. So he got me a ride home and by the next day everything was taken care of.
